Refund policy

Moroccanoil stands behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your Moroccanoil.com purchase, we’ll happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note that L'Originale Eau de Parfum is eligible for return for store credit only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at INFO@MOROCCANOIL.COM with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

Returns within the continental US are free for MOROCCANOIL REWARDS members. If you are not a Moroccanoil Rewards member, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

After your return is accepted and processed, you can expect your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.

Products purchased from Moroccanoil.com must be returned to Moroccanoil.com and cannot be returned to a Moroccanoil salon or any other authorized account. If not, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return/exchange policy. If you purchased your products from an authorized account, they are covered under our PRODUCT WARRANTY.
